1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MetroPaws mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

MetroPaws grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for the purpose of accessing pet wellness membership services at our partner clinics. You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape data from the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

3. Disclaimer

The materials on MetroPaws's app and website are provided on an 'as is' basis. MetroPaws makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall MetroPaws or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MetroPaws's app and website, even if MetroPaws or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MetroPaws's app and website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MetroPaws does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. MetroPaws may make changes to the materials contained on the app and website at any time without notice.

6. User Accounts

To use MetroPaws, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone or use another person's account.

7. Pet Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all pet information you provide, including vaccination records, is accurate and up-to-date. MetroPaws is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

8. Member Services

MetroPaws is a companion app for pet wellness membership services at partner clinics. The app helps track sessions and store vaccination records, but does not replace the membership agreement with your partner clinic. Your membership terms, benefits, and usage are governed by your agreement with your partner clinic.

• Sessions and services are defined and managed by the partner clinic
• Session expiration dates are set by the partner clinic
• MetroPaws does not issue refunds or extend sessions
• Disputes regarding membership should be directed to your partner clinic

9. Service Availability

MetroPaws strives to maintain continuous service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service temporarily without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Modifications to Terms

MetroPaws may revise these terms of service for the app and website at any time without notice. By using this app and website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the app
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the app for illegal purposes

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination.

13. Termination

MetroPaws reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its sole discretion if users engage in prohibited conduct, violate these terms, or for any other reason MetroPaws deems appropriate.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the app and website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MetroPaws or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, republish, or distribute content without permission.
